Who you are up against
Large providers have staff whose job is to review a bad outcome the moment it happens, decide what the record supports, and shape what the family is told. They are good at it. Our job is to read the same chart for you.

No fee unless we win. Prior results do not guarantee, predict, or warrant a similar outcome.
If the timeline does not look like malpractice, Glen tells you in the first ten minutes. No pitch, no follow-up calls, no list you get added to.
The attorney who reviews your case is the attorney who handles it. You will not be handed to a call center or a junior associate after the first call.
You pay nothing to have the case reviewed and nothing to have it taken. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.

Not sure it was malpractice? Tell us what happened. The review is free.

How a review works
A woman in Henderson called about her father. He went in for a routine procedure, went home, and was back in the emergency room two days later with an infection that nearly killed him. The hospital said it was a known complication. The discharge papers said the same thing.
She did not know whether that was true. She only knew nobody had told her father what to watch for, and nobody had called when his lab results came back.
Glen asked for three things: the discharge summary, the lab results, and the dates. The question was never whether infections happen. They do. The question was whether the hospital saw the warning signs and acted on them in time.
That is the whole review. Not “was the outcome bad.” The outcome is always bad. The question is what the chart shows and when.
Composite example drawn from common fact patterns, not a specific client. Details changed. Prior results do not guarantee, predict, or warrant a similar outcome.
Cases reviewed
A bad outcome is not automatically malpractice. The question is whether accepted standards of care may have been violated, and whether that failure caused serious harm.
General next steps
Medical records, timelines, and prescriptions can help explain what happened. The firm can review the information you already have during a free consultation.

No. The review is free whether or not we take the matter. If we do take it, there is no fee unless we win.

Yes. That is the most common reason people call. A bad outcome is not automatically malpractice, and you are not expected to know the difference. The review exists to answer that question.
No. "Known complication" describes a risk that exists. It does not say whether the warning signs were watched for or acted on in time. That is what the chart shows.
Nevada sets deadlines for medical-malpractice claims, and some run from the date the injury was discovered rather than the date of care. Do not wait for a second opinion or a hospital review to finish. Call, and we will tell you where you stand on time.
